Euro Central Bank (ECB) Data
If you also can't find the original Euro Central Bank data, then here is a copy of it as well. Try to get it from the ECB first so you learn to deal with finding data on sites and how organizations move it around. The ECB seems to alright with you grabbing the data, but if you can never find it here is a copy I made on Dec 24, 2023:
US ATF TTB Data
Right after the book was off to the printers the TTB removed this data from their website. That's actually a great lesson for everyone about the nature of web scraping. I managed to grab a few examples from archive.org so you can use these files to complete the course. I also recommend that you try other PDF files the TTB offer to see what you can extract from them. Think of it as an advanced problem where you're told to adapt to this very situation of the TTB removing the data.
