Long Description

I live in a major flood zone near Tampa and narrowly missed Hurricane Helene. Helene flooded right up to 1 block away from my street and that hurricane had less storm surge than predicted from Hurricane Milton. There's a reasonable chance that my home will be flooded and destroyed by Hurricane Milton and I'll be forced to move. Even if I don't have damage I may still move to get out of a flood zone and into a better location.

In anticipation of having to move and other possible hardships I've decided to run a sale to generate funds. I lowered the price of all of my courses by 20% by quickly running a SQL query that just did price=round(price*0.8) then packing my car and evacuating my house.
